The software which has been made available for purchase here has been done so to further our servicability. By making a physical copy of the material available on the site we are making it more portable to our soldiers in need of this data. Without this soldiers would have to visit the site, spend excess time searching and downloading the material they are after. In a combat zone or other area in which access to this site is limited or costly the task would prove difficult.
All discs are available for the price of $14.99 plus shipping. This is a reasonable, low cost in which the proceeds help differ the hosting, licensing, and other fees.

Disc labels have been printed with an inkjet printer, using a water-based ink. Contact with water will wash away the label and should not harm the disc. If the disc gets wet be sure to check the data side in the case ink has been transferred possibly making it unreadable. Simply rinse the disc with water and blot dry with a lint free cloth. Do not use soap or an abrasive towel to clean the disc as it may scratch making it unreadable.
Refunds or exchanges: We are not perfect, we know this. In the event in which something happened to the disc in which we are responsible for, return the disc for a replacement.
Buyers which have had the disc shipped to an APO address may contact us to help speed up the process. We are not responsble for products being shipped to incorrect addresses. We only ship to addresses in the United States, APO/FPO addresses are considered a U.S. Address.
Products may take up to two weeks to ship. This delay is likely due to the personal responsible for shipping has another full time job, has been sent to the field, or other personal problems. From the time the item has shipped it could take up to a week for it too arrive. APO/FPO addresses can take up to 6 weeks, depending on the unit responsible for the mail in those oversees areas.
At this time we do not offer refunds. A portion of all sales is donated to the upkeep of the site, ensuring that we are able to provide an ongoing community, and release future updates. Since these donations are mandatory to keep the site up and running, once the sales are final
and the product shipped, the donation has been made and it is no longer available to be refunded. To keep this site running the way it is and be free of charge these donations are very
necessary. Without them we would be forced to become a pay site, and we know that no one wants that. Not even
our all volunteer staff!
